What time is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am.

Is Punta Mita Penthouse De Amor pet friendly?

As much as we love animals, we do not allow for guests to bring pets.

Do you have airport transportation to and from Puerto Vallarta airport (PVR)?

Yes, we are happy to arrange for airport transportation for you. 

Is there parking on the property?

We don't offer a parking spot for our guests, if you have a car you can park on the street in front of the building.

Can we bring alcohol to the pool?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol to the pool, however,  we ask that you don’t use glass for safety reasons.

Are there any nearby restaurants?

Yes! Punta Mita has plenty of delicious options for dining out. From fresh seafood and authentic Mexican to mouth watering sushi, you'll be surrounded by an array of great options.

Are there surf lessons available and surfboards and SUP's to rent?

Punta Mita Penthouse de Amor is located directly in front of "Stinkys" surf break and you'll get the best deals by walking just a few steps to the right on the beach in front. Adolfo, better known as "Cuichi" will be happy to help you and hook you up with surfboards and lessons. If you can't find him on the beach, you'll reach him at +52 (1) 322 121 8811.  

Are there any grocery stores nearby?

In Punta Mita you will only small tiendas (corner stores) with basic necessities. It is best to plan a stop on your way at Walmart Vallarta or one of the large grocery stores in Bucerias called Mega and Chedraui. In these stores you can find most of the same groceries as at home. 

What is the weather like?

Located on the Central Pacific coast of Mexico, Punta De Mita has a a sub-tropical climate with only two seasons; a dry, fairly warm winter (November to May) and hot, semi-humid wet summer (July to October). Winter months average at 80 F where summer months average at 100 F, in other words, you will most likely not be cold. You can see forecasts here.

What’s your cancellation policy?

If reservations are cancelled prior to 45 days of arrival, you will be charged a reservation penalty fee of the first night only and the balance of your payment will be refunded to you. If cancelled with less than 45 days prior to your arrival or in the case of a “no show” your payment is nonrefundable.
